Salesforce Connector

The BroadSoft Unified Connector for SalesForce is a plug-in SalesForce application developed by BroadSoft. It's available for free, downloadable via the Xtended Marketplace. This is a CAP-based application, when initialized it establishes a TCP/IP connection to a BroadWorks WS (typically over port 2208) and establishes a CAP session for a user. It then uses that CAP session to place calls, perform call actions and receive call notifications. Get the code.

MobileMax Client - Enterprise Edition

The MobileMax Enterprise Edition Mobile Client is a mobile software application that extends the functionality of a BroadSoft powered hosted solution to the mobile device. With MobileMax, mobile phone users can now access the same features they use on their desk phone on their mobile phone. Simplifying communication, MobileMax allows users to set a single number for both their desk and mobile phone, as well as a single voice mailbox, while applying beneficial features such as least cost routing.
