BroadSoft's VoIPCare hosted service enables VoIP service providers and VoIP resellers provide their SMB customers with continuous monitoring of their VoIP service. The monitoring is done by a single 4"x5" micro-appliance that is permanently deployed at the customer site, in an in-line or mirrored port configuration.

Unlike most VoIP management solutions in the market today, the VoIPCare solution does not claim to do VoIP management by making synthetic calls – it actually monitors every live VoIP call with a high degree of granularity. Besides live call analysis, VoIPCare's biggest benefit is from its intelligent correlation-based report engine which can pinpoint trends and problem sources by analyzing per-second data from tens of thousands of live calls.
