BroadSoft Named one of the Fastest-growing Companies in North America by Deloitte for Third Consecutive Year

GAITHERSBURG, MD, October 21, 2009 - BroadSoft, Inc., the leading worldwide provider of VoIP application software in the telecommunications industry, today announced that it ranked number 345 on the Technology Fast 500™, Deloitte LLP's ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five-year period from 2004-2008. BroadSoft's fiscal year revenue grew 356 percent during this period.
