Rodis brings more than two decades of experience to his role as BroadSoft’s vice president of human resources. His wealth of knowledge in employee/labor relations and staffing has helped strengthen HR departments at several companies. Before coming to BroadSoft, Rodis worked for The Mills Corporation, Marriott, Frito-Lay, MCI and Discovery Communications.

At Mills, Rodis was responsible for all aspects of human resources, including staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and organizational development. He holds a bachelor’s and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
