BroadWorks Application Platform Provides Foundation for EagleACD's New Hosted PBX Services under EagleACD Brand

Gaithersburg, MD, 14 June 2006 - BroadSoft, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP application software, today announced that EagleACD, LLC., a leading communications solutions provider for global call centers, has selected BroadSoft's VoIP application software as the platform to provide its new hosted automated call distribution (ACD) and PBX services. The latest addition to the EagleACD suite of solutions, EagleACD Express will deliver hosted PBX services to small, medium and large enterprises worldwide. EagleACD Express will be deployed simultaneously in the U.S., India and the Philippines.

Using top multi-vendor service platforms, EagleACD solutions provide hosted automated call distribution (ACD) for a range of customers, including call centers, help desk support, virtual call centers and offshore service centers. EagleACD cited the stability and flexibility of the BroadWorks® platform as well as its rich feature set as reasons for selecting BroadWorks as the foundation to deliver its next-generation hosted telephony service.
