BroadSoft Expands Global Presence with Customer VoIP Deployments on 6 Continents and 6 New International Offices

BroadSoft Augments Sales and Support Forces in Europe and Asia
to Meet Growing Worldwide Demand for Hosted Voice Applications.

STOCKHOLM, SWEEDEN, VON EUROPE, May 24, 2005 - BroadSoft®, Inc., the leading provider of VoIP application software, today announced that, as part of its global corporate expansion, the company has achieved a major milestone with the successful deployment of its BroadWorks® platform on six continents. In addition to its US and Canadian offices, BroadSoft also announced that it has opened the first six in a planned series of international offices to support its growing worldwide customer base. The offices are located in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and China.

With the leading market share in its sector, including more than 100 network operators and more than 900,000 lines deployed, BroadSoft's BroadWorks VoIP application platform now also leads the industry with deployments in more than 35 countries and more than 25 languages.
