BROADSOFT SIGNS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH TOTAL
NETWORK SOLUTIONS
TO DEPLOY NEW HOSTED PBX APPLICATIONS TO UK MARKET

GAITHERSBURG, MD, USA, OCTOBER 20, 2003 -- BroadSoft®
Inc., a leading provider of hosted communications platforms, and
Total Network Solutions, one of the UK's leading providers of communications
solutions and services, today announced a cooperative agreement
between the two companies. The award-winning BroadWorks® platform
will expand Total Network Solutions' portfolio of voice over IP
(VoIP) solutions to include a full suite of Hosted PBX applications.
